How big a home do you clean?
Homes and apartments up to 4 bedrooms. Keeping to this size lets us give every home the same care and detail.
Which areas do you serve?
Miami, South Miami and Homestead, including Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Pinecrest, Key Biscayne, Brickell and Kendall. Close by but not listed? Ask us.
How is the price set?
Per visit, based on the size of the home, its condition, the type of service and how often you want it. You get a fixed price in writing before the first visit, with no hourly surprises.
Who will clean my home?
Today, our founder cleans every home herself. As we grow, everyone who joins will be someone we trust and train ourselves, following the same checklist on every visit. If a visit ever needs to change, we'll tell you in advance.
Do I need to be home?
No. Many clients share a key or a door code. They are kept private and used only for your visits.
Do you bring the cleaning products?
Yes, we bring our own products and equipment. If you prefer that we use yours, just tell us in the form.
I have pets. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Just mention them in the form so we can plan the visit.
